DELIVERY //

If you wish to receive an hourly time slot from DPD on the day of delivery please leave your contact number in the notes section at checkout.

lead time is variable depending on my current workload but is typically between 1-3 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please just get in touch and I'll let you know if I can accommodate.

CARE //

Although I use the best finishes available it’s still important to look after your furniture. Please wipe away spillages as quickly as possible and do not let liquids sit on the surface for a period of time. Avoid using chemical cleaners as these can break down the finish – wiping with a damp soapy cloth is best then wipe again with a clean dry cloth. Coasters are recommended where possible. All items receive 2/3 coats to provide a long lasting durable finish.

ASSEMBLY //

Unless otherwise stated all of my furniture is delivered fully assembled and ready to go!

RETURN //

If you wish to return your item for a full refund you must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order - you then have 14 days to return the item at your own expense. The item must be in an unused condition and ready for sale. If the returned item is damaged then you will only receive a partial refund - the amount will be determined by the extent of the damage. You may need to claim compensation from the courier you use.

Custom orders are none refundable.

All of my furniture items are made to order so if you would like to customise dimensions, materials, shape, finish, edge profiles etc. just get in touch.

BESPOKE ITEMS //

If there's anything you would like created that isn't featured in my listings, please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss options to create completely bespoke pieces of furniture for you.
