My name is Scott, and my journey into woodworking began unexpectedly. I first picked up the craft while learning how to make picture frames for my photography, and in the process, I discovered a love for shaping wood into something both useful and beautiful.

That spark eventually grew into Spokeshave Handmade Furniture, where I design and build pieces that combine clean lines, thoughtful details, and lasting craftsmanship. 

I work independently on every project from start to finish, so when you purchase from me, you’re dealing directly with the maker. Each piece is made to feel both timeless and personal — furniture to be lived with and treasured for years to come.
